At eonthread, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Return Eligibility
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact.
Items that have been worn, damaged, altered, or washed are not eligible for return.
Non-returnable items include:
Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)
Gift cards
Items marked as non-returnable on the product page

2. Return Process
STEP ONE – Contact Us
Please contact our customer service team at service@eonthread.com
 with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide you with the return instructions and return address.

STEP TWO – Pack Your Items
Pack the item securely to avoid damage during transit.
Include your order number and contact information inside the package.
Please ensure all items meet the return conditions stated above.

STEP THREE – Ship Your Return
We currently do not provide prepaid return labels.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
You may use any shipping carrier of your choice.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
After shipping, please email us a photo or tracking number of the shipping receipt to help us process your return efficiently.

3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Please note:
Original shipping fees and shipping insurance (if any) are non-refundable.
Any additional fees charged by your payment provider or bank are not covered by us.

4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order.

5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the stated processing time:
Please check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company or payment provider.
If the issue persists, contact us at service@eonthread.com.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
Your order number
Clear photos of the item and issue
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible, including replacement or refund if applicable.

7. Important Notes
Returns requested after 30 days from delivery may not be accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the return package is properly delivered.
